Dear CBA Member(s),

The Cordova Bay Association for Community Affairs will host its 2021 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at 7:30pm.  Given the continued importance that Societies and those individuals involved with Societies follow guidelines and recommendations set forth by the Provincial Health Officer, B.C. Health Minister, and Canada Health guidelines in regards to COVID-19, this will be a Zoom Webinar, as done for last year’s AGM.  Please find here the Draft 2020 AGM Minutes and here the 2020 Financial Statement package.

Please join us virtually via Zoom Webinar at our AGM, which includes the election of directors. Voting will be conducted via Zoom Polling. Only members in good standing can vote.
