Notification of Council Meetings

A confirmation has just been received that the Cordova Bay Local Area Plan Update will be considered by Saanich Council on August 23rd, commencing at 7 p.m.

Word has also been received that the Housing Strategy Report will be tabled/considered at the same meeting.

No Agenda has been issued yet. They are normally posted the Thursday before the meeting.

For those interested in following the People, Pets and Parks Report, note that this item will be addressed at the Council meeting on the 16th of August.

As per the Order of the Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Emergency Program Act, Ministerial Order No. M192, public attendance at the meeting is not required. Please email council@saanich.ca to indicate if you wish to present verbal input.

Written correspondence received up to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be copied to Council for their consideration. Correspondence should be sent to council@saanich.ca.  All correspondence submitted to the District of Saanich in response to our notification of meeting will form part of the public record.

The report and agenda package will be available for viewing on the Saanich website by the Thursday before the meeting Saanich.ca/agendas
