CBA Membership Survey Results

Dear CBA Member(s):

The 2020 membership survey results were going to be presented at the April AGM. Since the AGM is postponed, the CBA board decided to communicate the results to the membership in a timely manner and not wait until the AGM is held, likely several months from now.

The survey was sent out to all members on January 20th. A reminder was sent out on February 18th. The deadline for response was March 6th. 152 responses, representing about 25% of our membership, were received. A pretty good response rate! Not all respondents answered every question. All responses have been summarized into themes.

CBA 2020 Membership Survey Results

The CBA board is listening to our members, and will take into account the survey responses in managing the affairs of the Association and communicating with our membership.

The CBA board is recommending conducting a similar survey once a year to compare year over year results.

As promised, a draw was held from all surveys submitted for 3 prizes. The winners are:
Forrest Kvemshagen – a $50 gift certificate for The Beach House Restaurant
Ken Fyke – a $50 gift certificate for Pure Day Spa
Judith Fraser – a $50 gift certificate for Adrienne’s Restaurant & Tea Garden

Gift certificates will be delivered to the winners later in the year, once these local businesses are back to normal operations.
