    Project and Road Closure- Planned work on Cordova Bay Road-March 27 to April 6 2023

    The District of Saanich will be undertaking planned work on Cordova Bay Road in PKOLS (Mt Douglas Park) from March 27 to April 6 2023. During this time the District’s contractor will have people and equipment on the road in the park. The District will also be undertaking necessary maintenance work in the area. During the time of the full road closure, Cordova Bay Road will be closed from Ash Road (Cedar Hill Road) to Blenkinsop Road. Local traffic only will be allowed from Blenkinsop Road to the north boundary of the park, and from Ash Road and Cedar Hill Road to the park parking lot. BC Transit buses will not be running through the park and the bus stops will be relocated. Cyclists and pedestrians will be allowed on Cordova Bay Road through the park. They should exercise caution and follow the instructions of traffic control personnel.
